Q: How to make payment?

Q: I thought purchasing accounts was illegal?
Virtual goods have been traded for years and there is nothing illegal about it. This is just a scare tactic used by the developers who want you to spend hundreds of hours playing there game so they can rake in the dough. Skip the grind and go straight to the fun of the game.
Q: What warranty do you offer on your accounts?
Due to the nature of this business all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the account information is provided. We do buy back accounts that are purchased from us for a fair price.

Q: How do I get my account once I have made payment?
Once you have made payment for your account, you will be emailed the Username and the Password to begin playing. This process is usually done within 20 minutes.
Q: What information do I get when I buy an account from you?
When your order is approved we will send you the Username, Password, and Secret Question answer along with the email information for the account. We send out all this information in order to provide you the safest account buying experience possible.
Q: How do I receive the account information for my new account?
Account information is delivered to the registered email address provided during the check out process.
Q: How long does it take to get new orders approved?
If you are a current customer, and your account with us has been in good standing for more than 45 days, your order will be approved instantly. If this is your first time ordering from us, we will manually verify your order before it will be delivered to you. The current average time for an order to be verified is less than 20 minutes for first time customers, 10 minutes for existing customers.

Q: Can I reserve an item to purchase at a later date?
No. We are unable to do item reservations as our system does not support it. Since we add new inventory daily, if the item you are interested in does get sold you will likely see something similar come back up for sale.
Q: Can I trade my account for one of your accounts?
Unfortunately, we do not allow trades.
Q: My Credit Card limit exceeds the dollar amount of the account I wish to purchase, I would like to make payment with two separate credit cards, can you split the payment into two separate amounts?
Yes, to have a payment split into two separate amounts please contact us via live chat. A customer service representative will assist you in splitting the payment into two separate amounts.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card to pay for the subscription and the paid character transfer service for my new account?
We believe this action to be safe, 98% of our customers use their own credit cards to subscribe and pay for the Paid Character Transfer Service. We have not had a single report of an account being disabled; therefore the statistics show this action to be safe. If you are still unsure about using your credit card for your subscription we do offer 60 Day Gamecards for retail price.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments processed by PayPal, these would include paying with a PayPal account via bank, credit card, or Echeck or if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay directly with a credit card. To pay directly with a credit card without having a PayPal account click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link on the PayPal checkout page. You will be directed to a credit card payments page, PayPal will process the charge on your card however you will not need a PayPal account to pay.
Q: Can I move the character I am buying to my own account?
No, you must meet the restrictions of the Paid Character Transfer service to move a character. To conduct an account to account transfer the last names on the accounts must match. Your last name on your account will not match the last name of the account we are delivering to you.
Q: My order has been approved over an hour ago; I still haven't received the email containing my account information.
